D.I.Y SKIN TONER

Since I know absolutely nothing about makeup, I like to take good care of my skin, and because I have very sensitive skin (and have not found a holy grail skin toner) I created my own toner from a bunch of amazing products that are so easy to find. So, if you want this recipe stay tuned.

What you'll need;
-Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV)
-Rose water
-Water H2O

Amazing benefits for your skin;
*ACV contains alpha hydroxy acids that removes dead skin cells to reveal vibrant new skin, it fights acne,pimples and blemishes, it balances your skin and keeps it from being too oily or too dry, it minimizes the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and it draws out toxins leaving a youthful & clean glow.
*Rose water is perfect for every skin type, it maintains the skin's pH balance and controls excess oil, it reduces redness of irritated skin, gets rid of acne, dematitis and eczema, a great cleanser; removes oil and dirt accumulated in skin pores, antioxidant properties help to strengthen skin cells and regenerate skin tissues and it hydrates and tones the skin.

"Selfies make me feel awkward pose"

I literally just add all three together in a bottle, I don't use any specific measurements, although I use more rose water to mask the smell of the ACV. All ingredients are in 1:3:2 for ACV, Rose water and Water respectively. You can do more or less of an ingredient depending on your preference but always make sure that the ACV is the smallest, especially if you have sensitive skin.

I took this photo on one hot afternoon (not the best time to take photos), but this is what my skin currently looks like & i haven't even been using it consistently because... laziness. I normally use this D.I.Y toner in the morning and at night after washing my face, and then I apply a moisturizer (preferably almond oil -it's light and won't clog your pores). That's all.

If you have any D.I.Y recipes for skin care feel free to share in the comments because I like to pretend i'm a skin care scientist. Bye!
